Hotline System & Services developed a Student Assessment Software for a reputed school that helped save 1000+ man days of clerical work every month by enabling the teachers to track as well as analyze students' performance and conduct real-time scholastic, co-scholastic assessments conveniently.
Business Challenge
With the introduction of schools have to maintain a lot of data pertaining to activities/class tests/general assessment for students. The process has become a lot more data centric and this data is extremely sensitive as any error of calculation/approximation could affect a child's future. The client wanted to switch to automated report cards generation tool with user-friendly interface to regularly update students' performance in both scholastic and co-scholastic areas as defined by the CBSE. The system helped to automatically calculate the weightage for the Formative Assessment and Summative Assessment as per CBSE guidelines.

Hotline System & Services partnered with the client to develop a cloud based software that offers in-built support for Formative Assessments, Summative Assessments and Term Assessments along with their respective weightages. The software helped to streamline the entire process of report card creation, making it easier and convenient for the staff members.
