Green Apple Solutions is currently hiring Junior PHP Developers. We are looking for motivated web developers to work closely and under direct supervision with a lead programmer/project manager. Most work will require new code written in PHP, with some code written within the CodeIgniter Framework.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in business requirements gathering process
• Assist in the development of any or all aspects of the systems design, code construction, database design, unit and integration testing, and implementation
• Write Clean well designed code
• Provide fixes for software defects, software enhancements and other modifications as required
• Keep software systems operational and responsive after being accepted and placed into operation; adapt a repeatable process
• Maintain application changes (content changes, code fixes, etc.)
• Ensure quality products are delivered in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
• B.Tech/MCA from a good college/university preferred / A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong architecture, website design skills with hands-on experience on PHP back-end development.
• Experience or Knowledge with CakePHP or other PHP Frameworks like CodeIgnitor, Zend is a plus
• Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP
• Excellent JavaScript + jQuery, knowledge of CSS, development knowledge of web services and cross platform xHTML skills is a plus
• Good knowledge of MySQL, HTML and XML
• Knowledge of Zend or Smarty or cake PHP
• API development is a plus
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Quick learner, team player, always up to date with new technologies
